Amazing service. They came on time in San Jose and quickly were able to solve the water pressure and faucet issue. They were very detailed and organized. In fact they solved the problem so quickly which other plumbing company quoted thousands of dollars and weeks to solve. Highly recommend their service! Great work ethics!

Prime Time plumbing team installed the new instant high capacity water heater to my house in Nov 2024. Right from the start they are very professional and answered all question and suggested the type of water heater, its capacity and required parts. Though it took bit more time to install and had to work beyond 6PM, they made sure all the work is complete including cleaning and verified before leaving the site. They also helped resolve shower water leak issue and went beyond to source the right parts to address the issue. They l followed up at every step of the process. Highly recommend them.
